All clips must be sent in via We Transfer to:
Alternatively a youtube link can be sent directly to : ThePlatform@westlondonperformingartsacademy.com.
All successful crews will be notified within 48hours of sending in their clip, upon which a registration form will be dispatched for completion.
Participation will not be confirmed until the full fee and registration form have been received.
Crews should be no smaller than 5 and no larger than 25 members to ensure there is enough space to allow for unrestricted movements and formations on the stage.

Crew members can however appear in more than one group.
1. The Youth Category - Up to 13 Years of age

Crews reaching the "Top 3" must increase their set to 4 minutes.
All music must be radio edits and emailed in mp3 format no later than November 30th 2017

Dancers are permitted to dance in more than one group, however the fee must be paid for every group danced in.
If a dancer performs in more than one group, we require the name(s) of the other crews in advance. This is to enable the events team to arrange performance slots that work both for the dancers and the event running order.
